Ol' Dirty Bastard's been locked up since July, but will nontheless will be releasing his third solo album, 'The Trials and Tribulations of Russell Jones', next March.

ODB pleaded guilty to coke and dope charges dating back to 1999. But luckily his fame scored him the shortest possible sentence for the crime - two to four years.
