Rob Zombie is producing a tribute album to The Ramones. 

Now, for our younger readers - The Ramones were one of the truly great American bands. 

Zombie will record a cover of 'Blitzkrieg Bop' for the album, and said the Red Hot Chili Peppers, Metallica, the Offspring, Eddie Vedder, Rancid and Joe Strummer will add tracks also.
