Marilyn Manson has had charges against him reduced to disorderly conduct. The charges date back to July when Manson allegedly grabbed a security guard by the chin and rubbed his genitalia against his head. The alleged victim and a second security guard, Josh Paris testified in court, but apparently they weren't convincing enough. "I'm not completely happy, but I'm happier than I was when I got here," Manson said. "But I still think this is unfair. I don't take anything like this lightly."
