The most prominent act to hit the punk
rock scene would have to be Texas Terri and the Stiff Ones.
Texas Terri has been hailed as one of the
greatest rock acts in Hollywood and was voted by The L.A
Weekly as one of the best punk rock bands in Los Angeles.
Once you witness Texas Terri, you will agree she is the
female counterpart for legendary Iggy Pop.
Is
She Really The Female
Iggy Pop???....
Her antics on stage are wild, with her own brand of lunatic
sexuality that with one glance you know she can tell the
tale of coming from hell and back. Texas Terri is true punk
rock in its rawest form, and along with the Demon Boy on
guitar, has opened up for such great acts as X, The Dickies
and The Dwarves. Her album entitled “Eat Shit,”
includes song entitled “Situation”, “Oh
Yeah” and “Holy Ghost.”

Texas Terri has a playful yet dangerous spirit, and from
what I have witnessed, you never know what to expect from
the wildest women in rock and roll in Los Angeles.
