Dumfinger is a skank band in Los Angeles,
whose live shows have conjured up a lost blend of reggae,
rock, punk and ska fused with soulful melodies and heavy lyrics.
Their live shows draw an eclectic mix of fans throughout the
southland joining together for energetic performances
of raw energy and emotion.

The band was formed back in 1997
but the new line up changed with the addition Todd in early
2000, when Chris was let go due to creative differences. Curtis
and Danny have played together in other bands throughout Cleveland
and Kent Ohio and rolled out to LA to get it going out west.
Where's the name come from?
The name comes from a cold December morning in 1998, when
Danny cut his fingers off on his left hand. The doctors put
them back on, but they have no feeling & don't work
all the time. He's been known to yell at his fingers when
they don't work, "stupid, dumb finger" and it kind
of stuck.
